If you found a piece of jewelry that you love and that you would like to buy, just add it to your chart. To check-out you will need a PayPal account or a credit card. If you don't have one, please contact us ([email protected]) for details on transferring money to our bank account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail. After your payment, we will send out your package within 5 working days.

Every item will be sent in a nice package, for you to keep or to give away as a present.
It usually takes 1 to 2 days to arrive at your home in Belgium and 5 to 15 days to your place outside Belgium.
The prices include VAT, but they do not include shipment costs.

Shipment in Belgium = 5 €

Shipment outside Belgium = 5 €

Payment

There are three ways to pay for your purchase:

How to take care of your jewelry:

  • Try to avoid contact with water
  • Do not spray perfume directly on your jewelry
  • Do not let your kids use your new jewelry as a toy

Reparations and returns
Lobogato jewelry is made of high quality findings. All the materials we use are essentially non-toxic and non-allergenic in normal usage.
We accept returns within 15 days after delivery. We can repair the goods, replace or refund them. We can only accept returns in the original package and in perfect condition. We do not refund shipment costs.
Lobogato is not responsable for losses and damages caused during shipment.

De consument heeft het recht aan de verkoper mee te delen dat hij afziet van de aankoop, zonder betaling van een boete en zonder opgave van motieven, binnen 14 werkdagen vanaf de dag die volgt op delevering van het product of het sluiten van de dienstenovereenkomst.

Privacy Policy

LoboGato is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and customers. We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose any information about our customers to third parties except where it's part of providing a service to you - arranging for a product to be sent to you and carrying out credit and other security checks.
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. We cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to the LoboGato website.

LoboGato  will use your name, contact details and your payment information only to:
- send you service messages, such as order confirmations, order updates, delivery notifications
- deliver your purchase through our postal service
- take payment and make refunds 
- fraud prevention & detection
- provide you customer service 


The items saved to your shopping cart will remain there until you choose to purchase the items 

We will only hold on to your personal information for as long as you are our customer. If you no longer wish to be our customer you can always contact LoboGato and ask us to delete your details.
